My Child Looks Like a Jack-O-Lantern

Kellen has lost quite a few teeth lately-so many that he looks like a Jack-O-Lantern when he smiles. I have taken to calling him by that name. About a week ago, he knocked a tooth out and put it in a wax paper bag. He put it under his pillow and the next morning he had the bag but no tooth. He was convinced that the tooth fairy took his tooth and left him the bag.

I found the tooth when I was cleaning his room yesterday. Convinced that the tooth fairy might lose the tooth again, he went and got a ziploc bag to put it in...do you think it's big enough?

He put it under his pillow and guess what? The tooth fairy did not come last night. Ammy tried to tell him that it was because lots of people at school have been losing teeth and the tooth fairy can't get to all of the houses in one night. Ha!

I guess it's better than telling him that his parents are lame!
