Brussel Sprouts

Have you ever seen brussel sprouts sold this way? They are so pretty. They have become one of our veggie staples in the last couple of months. I absolutely hated them growing up. They still aren't my favorite but I keep trying since my husband likes them so much. Most of the time I sautee them and then cover them with freshly grated parmesan cheese. After all, anything is edible with cheese on top of it. Tonight we are trying a new brussel sprout salad. If it's any good, I'll post pictures and the recipe.
